At Flash Sale, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are ineligible for return due to our high-discount model.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
